Engagement is generally short duration and begins with an initial consultation and assessment of the task at no cost. This leads to an initial analysis of the issue with a brief report of Strategy and Cost based upon the Analysis. Our target is to provide advisory services within the first month with confidence levels on work required and expected duration.
The assignment is marked by millstones and deliverables. Time and confidentiality are key parameters of our engagements. The audience can be a single person or entity to a detailed list of stakeholders.
Our consultants are to be considered as "arm's Length" for the duration of the assignment. We are based out of Singapore to enable us to deal with inter country issues and provide a basis for international transactions in a mutually aggregable environment, Singapore has a high degree of integrity and Commercial acumen making it a suitable place to begin the investment.
